1. General Return Policy
- Return Window: We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order number) is required for all returns.
2. Products Ineligible for Return
Due to the sensitive and safety-critical nature of gas products, the following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Used or Installed Items: Any gas appliance, regulator, hose, or fitting that has been installed, connected, or used with a gas supply.
- Custom Orders: Products that were specially customized or ordered for the customer.
- Consumables: Items like seals, O-rings, or specific chemicals once their packaging is opened.
- Safety Seals Broken: Any item where the original factory seal or packaging has been tampered with or broken, compromising safety/integrity.
3. Procedure for Initiating a Return

- **Provide Details:** State your **Order Number**, the **Item(s)** you wish to return, and the **Reason for Return** (e.g., Damaged, Defective, Wrong Product, Changed Mind).
- **Return Authorization:** Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a **Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number** and provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.
- **Shipping:** The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
4. Refunds
A. Inspection and Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
